Do you have a size chart?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

What does made-to-order/custom-made mean?

Ever bought a cute and expensive sweater, that didn't quite fit right? The sleeves are too long or the body is too short. We've been there so many times.

That's why, we've decided to offer made-to-order to our customers to give them the perfect fit.

Although, we have standard size like XS, S, M, L & XL on our product page, you can use the contact us form to give us your exact measurement and we will customise the product to perfectly suit your body type.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

We are excited for you to have one of our products!

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

All orders under £175, excluding all taxes and shipping cost, are subject to a flat £20 shipping fee. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £175, excluding all taxes and shipping cost.


Due to our made-to-order model and ongoing , please allow for 10-15 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive.

Please note we are not able to ship to P. O. /APO/FPO boxes.

What shipping provider do you use?

We use DHL for all our orders and we deliver worldwide.

Orders can take up to 3-7 business days, after the orders ships.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where your location. Orders are processed and produced in 5-7 business days and once it is shipped it can take upto 3-7 days to reach ground.

Therefore, it may take 10-15 days for your order to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email with a tracking link for your order.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We are sure you'll love our cashmere but if for any reason you want to return your purchase, you have 10 calendar days to do so, starting from the date of delivery.

Please allow 10-15 calendar days after we have received the piece back.

Please note that we will only accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items with THE BLENDS tags attached. Also, products on sale or personalised are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To return or exchange a product, please contact us by email at hello@theblends. co and we will guide you on the next steps.

We currently offer Free Returns & Exchanges for UK orders only.

All returns & exchanges from other countries are subject to a fee corresponding to the shipping costs of the return, which will be charged to the refund, excluding those returns made due to damage or incorrect product being shipped.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to hello@theblends. co us within 10 days of the reception of the product and we will solve the issue. However, we won’t be able to accept the product if the return is made after 10 days from the reception of the product.

Taxes & Custom Duties

Do I have to pay VAT and/or custom duties?

You may incur custom duties and VAT depending on your location. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box, we can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.

How much are taxes and duties?

Unfortunately, different countries have different rates and costs. Please inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not have gift wrapping available, however we do include 1 complimentary The Blends branded 100% linen dustbag or Jute envelope bag with each order.

Can I combine promotion codes?

Promotion codes cannot be combined with other codes or discounts.

What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?

Our number one priority is the wellbeing of our employees and customers. We have put in place significant efforts to ensure a covid safe environment for all who come in contact with us, including following all official recommendations to prevent the spread of the virus. Hand sanitizer, masks and gloves are used by all employees and wearing a mask is compulsory by law at all times.
